What types of diamonds do you offer?

At Liora Diamonds, we specialize in lab-grown and fancy-colored diamonds, including certified and non-certified diamonds based on client preference. We also offer 15ct+ diamonds in both categories, perfect for collectors and investors.

Are your diamonds certified?

We provide both certified and non-certified diamonds. If you require certification, we offer diamonds graded by reputable gemological laboratories.

Do you offer customized jewelry?

What is your payment policy?

We require full advance payment before processing any order. This ensures a smooth transaction and timely delivery.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

No, we do not accept returns or offer refunds as each diamond and jewelry piece is uniquely sourced and crafted per order. Please ensure you are satisfied with your selection before making a purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We export to 40+ countries with secure, insured shipping.

Who is responsible for shipping charges and taxes?

All shipping charges are to be paid by the client. Additionally, any import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the client's responsibility.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and product availability. Once your order is confirmed, we will provide an estimated delivery timeline.

How can I ensure my diamond is genuine?

If you opt for a certified diamond, it will come with a grading report from a recognized gemological institute. If you choose a non-certified diamond, we guarantee the same quality and transparency in our sourcing.
