Checked before it leaves
Every piece is inspected against the approved spec: stone security, matching, metal, finish and weights. You receive photos of the finished pieces before dispatch.

Can you make jewelry under our own brand?
Yes. We work white-label: your designs or ours, your hallmark or stamp where permitted, and packing to your instructions. We never contact your customers or sell your designs to others.
Do you work from our CAD files?
Yes. Send STL or 3DM files, or a sketch and reference photos and we will model it. You approve a render, and a sample if needed, before production starts.
Which metals do you use?
10K, 14K and 18K gold in yellow, white and rose, and platinum. Other alloys and silver on request.
What is the minimum order?
US$2,000 per order. Per-design minimums depend on the piece and are confirmed with your quote; samples of a new design can be made singly within a larger order.
How long does production take?
It depends on the piece and quantity. We give a production date with every quote and keep you updated with photos at key stages.
Are the diamonds in the jewelry certified?
Centre stones can carry individual IGI or GIA reports. Side stones and melee are supplied to an agreed specification and checked before setting. Everything is described as laboratory-grown on the invoice.
Can you supply only the stones for our own workshop?
Yes. Many jewelry customers buy calibrated melee and centre stones from us and set them in-house.
