Disclosure and compliance
UK trading standards expect lab-grown diamonds to be clearly described. Separately, finished gold, silver and platinum jewellery sold in the UK must be hallmarked above the legal weight thresholds. We can supply loose stones or finished pieces ready for you to send to a UK assay office — confirm the right route with your assay office.
Shipping and paperwork
Shipments arrive with a commercial invoice, packing list and original grading reports. Import VAT and any duty are settled by the importer of record at clearance.

Yes. We send photos, 360° video and grading reports for every shortlisted stone, so you can decide without travelling.
Do you sell to consumers in the UK?
No. We are a trade-only supplier to jewellers, wholesalers, manufacturers and brands, and we never contact your customers.
