Shipping Methods
All shipments use FedEx International Priority (tracked, insured, door-to-door) as our primary carrier. For very high-value B2B shipments, we can arrange hand-carry with a trusted courier. Please discuss this option with our team at the time of order.
Shipping Timeline
Ready stock items are dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation and documentation completion. Make-to-order items are dispatched after the agreed production lead time (typically 4–6 weeks). Estimated international transit time is 3–7 business days depending on destination country.
Countries We Ship To
We currently ship to: USA, UK, UAE, Belgium, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, Canada, Germany, France, Netherlands, Israel, Japan, and India. For countries not listed, contact us — we will assess feasibility on a case-by-case basis.
Insurance
All shipments are fully insured for the invoice value. In the rare event of a loss or damage claim, we will initiate the claim with the carrier on your behalf. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
Customs and Import Duties
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We provide accurate invoices and HS codes for customs purposes. We do not under-declare shipment values.
Documentation
Every shipment is accompanied by: commercial invoice, packing list, original diamond grading report(s), and KP certificate of origin where required. B2B shipments include additional documentation as per buyer's import requirements.
