How we ship
Every shipment travels with a specialist insured valuables courier, tracked door to door. For high-value consignments we can arrange secure hand-carry on request.
When goods ship
Stock goods usually ship within two to three business days of cleared payment and completed documentation. Made-to-order stones, grading and jewelry production ship on the date agreed in your order confirmation. Transit time is normally three to seven business days, depending on destination and customs.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, Russia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and Australia. Ask us about any destination not listed.
For some destinations, including Russia, the courier route, shipping terms and payment currency are agreed with you before we invoice, and every order is checked against the sanctions and export-control rules that apply to it.
Insurance
Every shipment is insured for its invoice value until delivery. Report any loss or damage within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we will handle the claim with the carrier.
Documents
Each parcel includes a commercial invoice and packing list describing the goods as laboratory-grown, the original grading reports for graded stones, and any declarations your customs authority requires. We never under-declare values.
Duties and taxes
Import duties, VAT, GST and customs fees are paid by the importer of record, normally the buyer. The shipping terms for each order are stated on the invoice.

Send the spec and the volume. Our trade desk replies with available stones, photos, video and grading reports, usually within one business day.
- You send the spec. Shape, size, colour, clarity, quantity, or a design brief.
- We shortlist. Matching stones or a costed proposal, with media and reports.
- You confirm. Invoice, payment, then insured delivery to your door.
Trade only. We supply jewellers, wholesalers, manufacturers and brands. Please don't enquire for single items under US$2,000.
