US$2,000 per order. We don't accept enquiries for single items under that amount.

Send a spec by form or WhatsApp. We reply with a shortlist, photos, video, reports and trade prices. You confirm, we issue a pro-forma invoice, you pay by bank transfer, and we ship insured.

First orders are prepaid. Memo and payment terms can be discussed with established accounts after a history of paid orders.

U.S. dollars, the standard currency of the diamond trade. We can give indications in other currencies for budgeting.

Short holds on stock stones are usually possible. Tell us how long you need when you ask.

Larger stones are normally supplied with IGI reports. GIA and other lab reports can be arranged on request. Report numbers verify on the lab's website.

Both are ways of growing real diamond. CVD builds the crystal layer by layer from a carbon-rich gas; HPHT recreates the high pressure and temperature of the earth. The finished stones are chemically identical to mined diamonds. The report states the method.

Many CVD stones receive a post-growth treatment to improve colour, and many fancy colours are produced or enhanced after growth. Grading reports disclose this, and so do we.

No inclusions visible to the naked eye face-up at a normal viewing distance. VS2 and better is almost always eye clean; SI1 often is, judged stone by stone.

Yes. We send photos and 360° video of the exact stone, and can film under different lighting or next to a ruler on request.

Yes. We match fancy colour parcels for hue and intensity, and film the parcel together so you can judge consistency.

Yes. We make pieces to your CAD or ours, stamp them with your mark and pack them to your instructions.

CAD approval usually takes a few days; production typically takes two to four weeks depending on the piece and quantity. We confirm the schedule with the quote.

Worldwide, by insured valuables courier, with tracking.

Commercial invoice, packing list and original grading reports. Goods are described as laboratory-grown throughout.

The importer of record, normally the buyer. We can advise on shipping terms that suit your set-up.
