Disclosure and compliance
Russian consumer-protection rules expect jewellery to be described accurately, so lab-grown diamonds should be identified as laboratory-grown (synthetic) at every stage. Finished pieces in precious metal also go through Russian assay hallmarking and registration in the GIIS DMDK traceability system before they are sold. Our invoices and grading reports describe every stone as laboratory-grown, which supports your own declarations. Separately, every order to Russia is screened against the sanctions and export-control rules that apply to it, and we accept it only where it is permitted — check current requirements with your customs broker or adviser.
Shipping and paperwork
International shipping and payment channels into Russia have changed since 2022, so we agree the courier route, shipping terms and settlement currency with each buyer before we raise an invoice. Every consignment is insured and travels with a commercial invoice, packing list and the original grading report for each stone. Customs clearance, import VAT and any duty under the Eurasian Economic Union rules are handled by the importer of record.

Do you supply lab-grown diamonds to Russia?
Yes. We supply trade buyers in Russia — manufacturers, retail chains, online brands and wholesalers — where the order is permitted under the sanctions and export-control rules that apply to it. We confirm the route with you before invoicing.
How is payment and delivery arranged for Russian buyers?
Because some international payment and courier channels no longer serve Russia, we agree the settlement currency, the payment route and the delivery route with each buyer before we issue the pro-forma invoice. Nothing ships until both sides have confirmed them.
Can you supply calibrated melee for Kostroma manufacturers?

How should lab-grown diamonds be described in Russia?
They should be identified as laboratory-grown (synthetic), never simply as diamonds. Every invoice and grading report we issue states this, so your own labels and GIIS DMDK records can follow it. Confirm current wording with your adviser.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. We handle trade orders of US$2,000 or more only, and we do not supply consumers.
How long does delivery to Russia take?
Stock goods are prepared within a few business days of cleared payment. Transit time to Russia depends on the courier route agreed for your order, and we confirm the expected delivery date with the invoice.
Can I see the stones before paying?
Yes. We send photos, 360° video and grading reports for every shortlisted stone, so you can decide without travelling.
Do you sell to consumers in Russia?
No. We are a trade-only supplier to jewellers, wholesalers, manufacturers and brands, and we never contact your customers.
