Use of This Website
The content on this site is for informational purposes. Prices shown are indicative and subject to change. All orders are confirmed via written invoice and payment agreement only. No contract is formed until we issue a formal invoice and receive your acceptance.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. B2C orders require full payment before dispatch. B2B orders operate on terms agreed individually. Prices may vary based on current market rates and certificate availability. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Certification and Grading
All diamonds are supplied with original IGI or GIA grading reports as described. Liora Diamond relies on these third-party reports and does not independently re-grade stones. Minor visual differences between screens and actual stones are normal — grading reports are the binding description.
Returns and Disputes
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for goods that materially differ from the certificate or invoice description. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer's responsibility. We do not accept returns for change of mind on B2B wholesale orders.
Limitation of Liability
Liora Diamond's liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of our goods or services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
