Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of lioradiamond.com and any purchase, wholesale order, custom order, or enquiry you make with Liora Diamond.

1. Use of This Website

The content available on this website is provided for general informational and commercial purposes only.

While every reasonable effort is made to keep the website accurate and updated, Liora Diamond does not guarantee that all information, product details, prices, images, availability, specifications, or other content displayed on the website will always be complete, current, accurate, or error-free.

Prices displayed on the website are indicative only and may change without notice based on market conditions, certificate availability, currency fluctuations, and product availability.

2. Age and Legal Capacity

By placing an order, submitting an enquiry, or entering into a transaction with Liora Diamond, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Product Availability

All loose diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry products are subject to prior sale and availability. Inventory may change without notice, particularly where products are displayed through live stock feeds or are offered simultaneously to multiple buyers.

Displaying a product on the website does not guarantee that the product will remain available at the time an enquiry or order is submitted.

4. Order Acceptance

Submitting an enquiry, quotation request, purchase request, or order does not automatically create a binding contract with Liora Diamond.

An order will only be considered confirmed after Liora Diamond has:

  • Confirmed the product's availability;
  • Issued a written quotation, proforma invoice, or formal invoice;
  • Received the buyer's acceptance; and
  • Received the required payment or approved the agreed payment terms.

Liora Diamond reserves the right to refuse, cancel, suspend, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including where a product is no longer available, a pricing error has occurred, payment cannot be verified, or the transaction presents a legal, compliance, or commercial risk.

5. Pricing and Market Fluctuations

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD).

Due to fluctuations in diamond market prices, precious-metal prices, exchange rates, certification availability, and international supply conditions, prices may change without prior notice until an order has been formally confirmed and the required payment has been received.

Business-to-consumer orders generally require full payment before production or dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Business-to-business and wholesale orders operate according to payment terms agreed individually and confirmed through the relevant quotation or invoice.

Liora Diamond reserves the right to correct typographical, administrative, technical, or pricing errors at any time, including after an order request has been submitted but before final order acceptance.

6. Payment

Orders will only be processed after the required payment has been successfully received and verified, unless written credit or deferred-payment terms have been approved by Liora Diamond.

Buyers are responsible for any bank charges, payment gateway charges, currency-conversion charges, intermediary bank fees, or other transaction-related costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Certification and Grading

Diamonds are supplied with original IGI, GIA, or other grading reports where expressly stated in the product description, quotation, or invoice.

Liora Diamond relies on grading reports issued by independent third-party laboratories and does not independently re-grade certified diamonds.

The grading report and the written invoice description constitute the primary description of the relevant diamond or product.

Product photographs and videos are provided for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, magnification, image processing, and the natural characteristics of each diamond or gemstone.

8. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Custom-made, personalized, engraved, resized, modified, or made-to-order jewelry is produced according to specifications approved by the buyer.

Once production has started, custom or made-to-order products cannot normally be cancelled, exchanged, or returned unless the delivered product materially differs from the final approved design, specifications, grading report, or invoice.

Any production or delivery timeline provided for a custom product is an estimate and may vary depending on design complexity, approval delays, material availability, certification, production, and shipping conditions.

9. B2B and Wholesale Orders

Wholesale and business-to-business orders are considered final once confirmed, except where the delivered goods materially differ from the agreed invoice, approved specifications, or applicable grading report.

Liora Diamond does not accept wholesale returns or cancellations resulting from change of mind, changes in market prices, resale difficulties, customer cancellation, or changes in the buyer's commercial requirements.

Any special commercial terms agreed for a wholesale order must be recorded in writing in the relevant invoice, purchase agreement, or approved communication.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Liora Diamond is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, airlines, courier companies, logistics providers, incorrect or incomplete addresses, security inspections, governmental restrictions, natural events, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

The buyer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name, contact number, and any information required for customs clearance.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon confirmed delivery to the address provided by the buyer, unless a different written shipping arrangement has been agreed.

11. Customs Duties and Taxes

International buyers are responsible for all import duties, customs charges, value-added tax, GST, sales tax, local taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, clearance charges, and other amounts imposed by the destination country or its authorities.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless expressly stated in writing.

Liora Diamond is not responsible for delays, additional charges, seizure, return, or non-delivery caused by the buyer's failure to comply with customs requirements or pay applicable charges.

12. Returns and Disputes

Subject to the exclusions stated in these Terms, return requests must be submitted within seven days of confirmed delivery.

Returns may be accepted where the delivered goods materially differ from the certificate, approved specifications, or invoice description.

The buyer must notify Liora Diamond in writing before returning any product and provide relevant photographs, videos, certificates, or other supporting evidence.

Products must be returned unused, unaltered, undamaged, and with all original certificates, packaging, tags, and supporting documents.

Unless Liora Diamond confirms otherwise in writing, return shipping, insurance, customs clearance, and related costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind on B2B wholesale orders, custom products, engraved products, modified products, or products that have been damaged, resized, altered, or separated from their original certificates.

13. Inspection of Goods

Buyers should inspect all goods promptly after delivery. Any claim regarding damage, incorrect goods, missing items, or a material difference from the invoice or grading report must be reported in writing within seven days of delivery.

Failure to notify Liora Diamond within this period may result in the goods being treated as accepted, subject to applicable law.

14. Warranty

Except where expressly stated in writing, all products are supplied without additional warranties, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Any warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, accidental damage, improper handling, misuse, exposure to chemicals, loss of stones caused by impact, unauthorized repairs, resizing, alteration, or failure to follow appropriate jewelry-care practices.

15. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, photographs, videos, logos, graphics, product descriptions, layouts, designs, trademarks, branding elements, downloadable materials, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Liora Diamond.

This website may contain links to third-party websites, grading laboratories, payment providers, courier services, social-media platforms, or other external services.

Liora Diamond does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, policies, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites or services.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liora Diamond's total liability arising from any product, order, transaction, or service shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid for the relevant goods.

Liora Diamond shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, business, goodwill, anticipated savings, resale value, or customer relationships.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

18. Force Majeure

Liora Diamond shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, floods, fires, earthquakes, pandemics, epidemics, strikes, labour disputes, war, civil unrest, terrorism, governmental actions, legal restrictions, power failures, internet failures, transportation disruptions, airline delays, courier disruptions, customs delays, supply-chain interruptions, or shortages of materials.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Liora Diamond, its owners, employees, representatives, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, breach of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or infringement of third-party rights.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.
