What is the minimum order quantity? +

For ready-stock certified singles: MOQ is 1 piece. For calibrated melee parcels: MOQ 50 pieces. For make-to-order: depends on specification — contact us.

Do you offer memo or consignment? +

We do not offer memo for first-time buyers. Established relationships (3+ orders) can discuss flexible terms.

How long does make-to-order take? +

Standard: 4–6 weeks from order confirmation and deposit. Rush orders (2–3 weeks) available for select specifications at a premium.

What certification do you supply? +

IGI as standard for lab-grown. GIA available on request (adds 2–3 weeks and a premium). All stones laser-inscribed.

Which countries do you ship to? +

We ship worldwide via FedEx International Priority or hand-carry for high-value shipments. All consignments fully insured.
