Canada's Competition Bureau expects lab-grown diamonds to be clearly identified so buyers are not misled. Our invoices and grading reports describe every stone as laboratory-grown, which supports your own disclosure in store and online.
Shipping and paperwork
Parcels ship by insured valuables courier with a commercial invoice, packing list and original report per stone. Duties and GST/HST are handled by the importer of record at clearance.

Do you supply lab-grown diamonds to Canadian jewellers?
Yes. We ship to trade buyers across Canada with insured delivery and full documentation for customs.
Can you quote in Canadian dollars?
We usually quote in U.S. dollars, which is standard in the diamond trade. Ask if you need a CAD indication for budgeting.
Do you provide GIA or IGI reports?
Yes. Most of our lab-grown stones carry IGI reports; GIA and other labs are available on selected goods.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. We only handle trade enquiries of US$2,000 or more per order.
How long does delivery to Canada take?
Stock goods usually ship within a few business days of payment and arrive a few business days later by insured valuables courier. We confirm dates with the invoice.
Can I see the stones before paying?
Yes. We send photos, 360° video and grading reports for every shortlisted stone, so you can decide without travelling.
Do you sell to consumers in Canada?
No. We are a trade-only supplier to jewellers, wholesalers, manufacturers and brands, and we never contact your customers.
