Privacy policy
Last updated September 2026.
Liora Diamond ("we", "us") supplies lab-grown diamonds and jewelry to businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, use the chat, or message us on WhatsApp, we collect the details you give us: your name, company, business type, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, the goods you are interested in, your order value range and your message. If you upload a design reference, we store that file.
We also record basic technical information: the page you enquired from, the referring website and campaign tags, device type and IP address. When you tap a WhatsApp, email or phone link we record that the tap happened, so we can follow up an enquiry that did not arrive.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare quotes, invoices and shipments.
- To keep a record of our trade relationship and your specifications for reorders.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring trade enquiries, so we can improve the website.
- To meet legal, tax and anti-money-laundering obligations.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it to market to your customers.
Cookies and analytics
We use a session cookie to protect our forms, and Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used. You can block these cookies in your browser without losing access to the site.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run the business (hosting, email, analytics, couriers and insurers) receive only what they need to do their job. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to three years after our last contact, and transaction records for as long as tax and trade law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to contact@lioradiamond.com. We reply within 30 days.
