Shipping and paperwork

Yes. We supply sieve-calibrated melee and side stones cut to the sizes your settings need.
Can you match stones to an existing piece?
Yes. Send dimensions and photos, and we will match colour, clarity and size as closely as possible.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Trade orders of US$2,000 or more only.
How long does delivery to Germany take?
Stock goods usually ship within a few business days of payment and arrive a few business days later by insured valuables courier. We confirm dates with the invoice.
Can I see the stones before paying?
Yes. We send photos, 360° video and grading reports for every shortlisted stone, so you can decide without travelling.
Do you sell to consumers in Germany?
No. We are a trade-only supplier to jewellers, wholesalers, manufacturers and brands, and we never contact your customers.
